ADVANCE SHIPPING

Advance shipments will be received at the warehouse:
Tuesday, December 16, 2025 - Thursday, January 15, 2026.

Receiving Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The warehouse will be closed on December 25 and January 1.

Items will be moved to site on overtime. A 45% overtime surcharge will apply.

DIRECT SHIPPING

Direct shipments will be accepted according to the Installation / Move-In Schedules (see Show Management’s ‘Exhibitor Information Manual’).

Shipments handled before 8:00 AM or after 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, or anytime Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will be assessed a 45% overtime surcharge.
