  INCLUDED BOOTH EQUIPMENT

Each 10' x 10' booth includes the following standard equipment:

Pepper colored carpet and carpet padding will be provided for each booth.  Aisles will be cement.

  • 8’ High Draped Backwall – Color: White
  • 3’ High Draped Siderails – Color: White
  • 1 - Booth ID Sign

Option #1: Table and Chairs
  • 1 – 6' Draped Table with Wastebasket– Color: White
  • 2 – Side Chairs

Option #2: Cocktail Table and Barstools
  • 1 – 40” Round Cocktail Table
  • 2 – Barstools

If exhibitor’s have more than one 10’x10’ booth, the same option must be selected for all booths. If package is not selected by Thursday, January 22, 2026, option #1 will be selected as default.

Advance shipments will be received at the warehouse:
Tuesday, January 13, 2026 - Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Receiving Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Items will be moved to site on overtime. A 40% overtime surcharge will apply.

DIRECT SHIPPING

Direct shipments will be received at show site beginning:

Shipments handled before 8:00 AM or after 4:30 PM Monday-Friday, or anytime Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will be assessed a 40% overtime surcharge.
