If your sponsorship package contains a turnkey booth (Gold (optional), Silver+, Silver, Startup) please review the backwall graphic specifications and file requirements on pages 8 - 23 of the Service Manual Your print-ready backwall graphic file should be submitted directly to the Graphics task in your ERC portal no later than August 22nd.
Your graphics will be reviewed by Procore. Once approved, your team will receive a print-proof for review and approval prior to print. The proof will be intended for quality review only; changes to graphics after submission will not be permitted.
Important Notes:
Gold 10x20 booths: You have the option to bring your own build or utilize a turnkey booth. If you opt to bring your own, please mark that in the Graphics task within your ERC portal and you will not need to submit graphics
Startup Kiosks: Your custom graphics will be a logo only. Please submit a .eps, full color, transparent background logo to your graphics task in the ERC portal. We recommend a horizontal logo for best sizing and visibility.
