Booth Structure & Height Regulations

Exhibitors may bring their own booth structures if preferred. Custom booths are permitted for all booth sizes (8x8, 10x10, 10x20, 20x20) provided the structure does not exceed 10 feet in height. For inline booths (8x8 and 10x10) the following sightline rules apply:
• Booth structures may be up to 10 feet high at the back wall.
• Any portion of the booth extending more than 5 feet from the back wall may not exceed 4 feet in height.
Audio or demonstrations must be conducted at a volume that does not interfere with neighboring booths.

Advance shipments will be received at the warehouse:
Wednesday, April 8, 2026 - Friday, May 8, 2026.

Receiving Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Items will be moved to site on overtime. A 40% overtime surcharge will apply.

DIRECT SHIPPING

There is NO DIRECT SHIPPING to this event.

All shipments must be consigned to Hargrove and shipped to the advance warehouse. If your materials cannot arrive at the advance warehouse on or before Friday, May 8, 2026, contact Hargrove Exhibitor Services at 301.306.4620 or exhibitorservices@hargroveinc.com. Shipments sent directly to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas may be refused and will be subject to material handling fees plus a 50% surcharge.
