Artwork not received by Tuesday, June 30, 2026 is subject to availability and rush fees.

• For exhibitor print ready artwork received between Wednesday, July 1 and July 5, there will be a $489 rush charge.
• For print ready artwork submitted from July 6 to July 10, the rush charge will be $779.
• For print ready artwork provided between July 11 to July 15, the rush charge will be $1,075.
• Any print ready received after July 15th will be handled on an onsite rush basis, and pricing will be quoted depending submission date and our ability to produce them in time for the event.

If exhibitors are planning to use a 55” or smaller monitor mounted to the backwall, please add the $850 AV Reinforcement package by Tuesday, June 30, 2026. 
This package includes the reinforcement of the backwall to support a monitor up to 55''. It also includes the labor to install and remove exhibitor-supplied mounting hardware.
This package does NOT include monitor, mounting hardware, or labor to install and remove monitor from mounting hardware or connect monitor to electrical service.
Exhibitors may rent monitor and mounting hardware through CCR Solutions or provide their own. Exhibitors are responsible to ensure that monitor and mounting hardware are compatible. Exhibitors must reserve electrical labor through the GES to install and remove monitor as well as connect monitor to electrical service.
