There is no equipment that comes standard with your booth, however you may rent equipment and services listed in this manual including flooring, furniture, and accessories.
Advance shipments will be received at the warehouse:Friday, December 4, 2026 - Monday, January 4, 2027.
Receiving Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
The warehouse will be closed on December 24 & 25, 2026 and January 1, 2027.

Direct to show site shipments will be accepted by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please contact Keith Evans with Switch at logistics@switch.us
Shipments received will be moved to the booth space(s) by forklift. Forklift rates will apply (see Labor form for details.) Small packages will be received by the facility beginning Thursday, January 7.
Hargrove Shipping is strongly recommended for outbound shipments.
NOTE: Shipments received outside of advance receiving window or small packages arriving early to the facility may incur an additional charge.
